AAPIA offers a full range of governmental relations and communications services to ensure that our members are fully informed on all regulations and legislation in your respective state. AAPIA is proud and honored to advocate for all licensed public adjusters on a national level.
AAPIA:
- Monitors state legislative sessions and committee hearings for “on-the-floor” and “behind-the-scenes” action and reports to our members immediately.
- Publishes monthly informative journals which include a review of major issues.
- Blogs and creates articles that focus on bills that may impact your business and tracks the status of key legislation.
- Keeps our members informed so that you will know the status of issues affecting you and your company before they become regulations or laws.
- Reports findings at meetings or other special events to keep your associates updated. AAPIA is always immediately available to answer your questions concerning legislative activity that could impact you.
- Has a 24/7 Phone System that comes directly to our main office 24 hours a day so we can answer your questions in a timely manner.
- Represents your organization at public hearings, presenting your point of view to lawmakers, other decision makers, agency representatives and the public.
- Offers a wide range of communications services, including development and dissemination of press releases, position papers, letters and other documents in support of your legislative objectives. We also offer media coaching.
- Gives you the advance notice you need to act quickly on issues critical to the future of your organization.
- Assists in developing and promoting legislation important to your business success.
- Spearheads coalition development with interest and advocacy groups.
- Conducts BlogTalkRadio Interviews with leading industry officials
- Creates video interviews with regulators/legislators and industry experts to keep you abreast of the key changes and improvements in the adjuster industry.
- Educates you and keeps you in compliance with CE requirements with our links to online CE programs
Membership costs are $500 per year.
