AAPIA Now Advocating for Consumer Rights!

We have been very busy in many states addressing the issues of our membership and consumers. The AAPIA Board recently approved a policy where AAPIA will not only represent the Public Insurance Adjuster but the "PUBLIC"! That is the decision that we voted upon recently in Washington DC to best serve our membership and you many satisfied clients.

The Policy Holder is a vital component of your branding. How well you serve your client will determine how successful you will be in your business. Do you take all client calls immediately upon receiving a v-message? Do you spend time with your policyholder comforting them during their time of peril? These many kind gestures demonstrate quality and ethical service.

AAPIA will continue to advocate on your behalf but you can also begin sharing with your clients that AAPIA is also fighting for the policyholders rights when we testify and advocate to insurance companies that when a claim arises they need to be fair and reasonable in their settlement. Isn't that why the consumer purchases insurance in the first place?
