I recently posted a written explanation of what a licensed public insurance adjuster is trained to do. Why not listen to this brief pod cast to gain a keened insight on how a Public Insurance Adjuster can be your advocate during your time of great need when you experience property damage at your home of business.
Recently I was speaking to a large gathering of Insurance Adjusters and I asked this question; do you know what HB 2370 is or HB 1736 language is all about? I noticed a dead pan look from all in attendance - I realized at that very moment that The American Association of Public Insurance Adjusters is representing the license of a Public Insurance Adjuster but the profession is not aware of all that can happen if legislation was passed that could impact their business model.
This is not surprising in that many professions do not know the vaue of belonging to their local, state and national association.
We encourage you to reflect on your current licensure laws rules and regulations and then think again where would our business be if AAPIA was not here advocating for you!

Dear Colleague,
If you have not yet joined The American Association of Public Insurance Adjusters you have time before the beginning of the next legislative session in many states.
AAPIA will be focused on all legislative Bills in the fall and with a strong membership base we can accomplish and protect the industry from many challenges to the license of a Public Insurance Adjuster.
We look forward to serving you soon,
Gene
